Mojo Monday 179

Once again, I love how quick and easy these cards come together using the Mojo sketches and CTMH products. I love to get in the creative frenzy mode and go into it w/o a plan and just start pulling out papers, stamps, embellishments, etc. and not know what is going to come out or if it's even going to resemble the sketch. I have fallen in love with the new CTMH Bliss paper pack and think it is so soft and elegant. You have to see these papers in person, the catalog doesn't really do them justice. I didn't have the stamps to match the paper yet, so I just cut out one of the flowers from the paper and some leaves and used the ball end of a stylus to make it curl up and look dimensional. I added a few of the mocha pearls to the middle and voila, instant flower! I even uncovered the sewing machine to stitch around the border of the 4x4 square. I haven't done real stitching on a project in a long time and it was worth the little bit of effort. How fun! I also used a new CTMH product called Kraft borders! These are so Fast, Simple and Easy! You'll have to scroll further down the post for more details on these cute embellishments.

All Products Close to my Heart: Bliss Paper Pack, Chocolate and Grey Flannel cardstock, Chocolate ink, Kraft Borders, Mocha Pearls, Cocoa Ribbon.
Below you will see the Kraft Borders I had mentioned above. This is an awesome way to quickly add some pizzaz to your scrapbook page, card, or papercrafting project. They have an adhesive backing, so all you do is peel off the white backing and stick them down and you're done! In a few days I will post an informational video with more details on this fabulous new CTMH product, so be sure to stay tuned!

  1. I love the bliss papers too! Just working on a tri-fold right now! Lovely card; I thought the flower was stamped!
